This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Stunningly renovated residence ideally situated in a prime location close to medical facilities, retail outlets, fine dining establishments, and entertainment options. Recently refurbished to perfection, featuring fresh flooring, modern cabinets, elegant granite countertops, new appliances and evaporative cooling unit. NOTE: There is a casita in the back of the property with its own private drive and fenced backyard. Don't worry, you have your own private drive and fenced in backyard as well!

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

This modern southwest casita sits snuggly on our 1923 historic adobe property blending olde materials and modern amenities. Artist constructed; it brings a modern twist to your Albuquerque adventure. Casita is Spanish for little home, and this casita is entirely a home. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.
