You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. Modern, comfy, newly-rebuilt studio in the lower level of our Kensington home is a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area. Neighborhood is close to U.C. Berkeley, Tilden Park, Memorial Stadium and the Greek. It's an easy drive/ride to San Francisco and Oakland, and there's plenty to see and do close by. Village shops and a cafe are a (hilly) walk away, and larger stores are convenient to reach. Tennis, basketball courts and walking trail are down the street.

The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!
