Villa, with large terraces overlooking the sea , has 3 bedrooms all en suite, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, garage, etc. Outside, has a private pool, which is perfect for families, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a grass surface. Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost). Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.
