Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Great Apartment (late check-in late check-out!)

Please note before booking that check in is after 6:30 pm and check out is before 4 pm! I named this unit Geode-it is nice and homey on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special place. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. Lovely quiet neighborhood and large shared yard.

Welcome to the Arctic Den! Beautifully updated home in East Anchorage centrally located for all your vacation needs! Close to JBER Military Base, Hospitals, and only 10 minutes from downtown. Being right off the Glen highway makes it so convenient to drive North or South. Only 45 minutes away from the great Alyeska Resort. Check out the last two photos of the beautiful view from the main bedroom. The hot tub is usable year-round but cannot be guaranteed when temperature is below freezing.

We are surrounded by the Talkeetna and Chugach mountains on Gooding Lake; this central location is north on the Trunk Rd between Palmer and Wasilla, and close to Hatcher Pass, and Matanuska Glacier This quiet retreat has 5G, a FULL kitchen, laundry and is perfect for refreshing yourself in Alaska. Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.

Popular restaurants, bars, and bus stop nearby. Beds are separated from the main living area, making it feel like a hotel suite w/ laundry room. Just 7 min to airport and downtown. Great for exploring the city or as a stop before your next adventure.
