Welcome to The Shea Chalet—a cozy, family-friendly escape nestled at the base of Mt. Alyeska! This spacious cabin offers an open loft with plenty of room to relax, a fun upstairs game & TV area, and all the comforts you need for the perfect getaway. After a day on the slopes, store your gear in the dedicated gear room and unwind in the private sauna. Just under a mile from Alyeska Resort and a short walk to Girdwood Brewing and scenic trails, adventure and relaxation are right outside your door!

Ride the Free Shuttle to take in many sights of the area such as; Crow Creek Mine, Double Musky Inn, Chair 5, Alyeska Hotel, Seven Glaciers at the top of the tram and many other hiking trails to use in the vicinity. Three decks to enjoy nature and take in the sounds of the river nearby. A jetted tub to soak your feet in at the end of the day.

Enjoy a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining & forested pathway to fireplace overlooking the creek. Winter use requires AWD/4WD vehicle.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.
