Our Rooftop Studio is full of light, private, and nestled in the heart of downtown Oakland. 2 ½ blocks from the 12th St BART, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, just north of Chinatown, where you can find fresh produce and inexpensive meals, and just east of Uptown, where the chic clubs, bars and upscale restaurants serve gourmet meals. Scenic Lake Merritt is 2 ½ blocks the other way, for a great walk and people-watching. Come play in the Bay, Oakland's got it all!

Close to public transportation and conveniently located close to Bay Bridge and just a few blocks to access all of the primary highways. Open plan, tall ceilings, large windows, large art/ work / office space. 2 private bathrooms In previous years I had 2 full-time cat residents (you'll see them in reviews), but they are no longer living on the property. sorry cat lovers.
