Fully-equipped studio in victorian home

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Historic Victorian in a Great Location

Welcome to the Brehaut House. Built in 1893, the home is a local landmark in a city known for Victorians. It is not uncommon to see an artist across the street painting the house, or to be enjoying an afternoon on the front porch and having someone walking by stop to say hello and ask bout it. Enjoy the house, or get out and explore. The beach, Park St, and South Shore are a short walk. The ferry is a quick drive/bike, and can take you to San Francisco, Angel Island, etc.

Secret Garden Cottage

This magical garden retreat is a short hop to San Francisco. Three sun filled rooms in a 19th century train station are set above fruit trees and mini meadows with a Japanese style soaking tub for one or two. Step out to the beach, park, nature preserve, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. All within .02 miles. Take the bus or boat to downtown San Francisco (15-25 minutes) Charming on site hosts. Safe walkable neighborhood. Art filled and almost Ikea free.

Welcome to Alameda! You'll be 2 blocks away from Crab Cove beach and visitor's center, and only 1 block away from Webster Street with easy bus access (AC Transit), many nice restaurants, a small market, hardware store, farmer's market and post office. The Alameda Ferry Terminal is also nearby for hops over to San Francisco or Oakland's Jack London Square. This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with or without kids).

Conveniently located close to Oakland airport and major highways.

Two blocks from Park Street's restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the beach for sunsets. Our 2-bedroom apartment has its own keypad-lock entrance, fiber wifi, two queen beds, pale hardwood floors, a reading nook, and a full kitchen with everything to feed four. The bathroom has a 72-inch tub for long soaks. Good fit for couples, a small family, or a work trip with a partner. We live upstairs and are close by if you need anything.
