The Bunk Room has 3 full sized beds and will sleep 6 children(top bunk limit is 140lbs total weight, but is extremely sturdy. The Sofa sleeper is a Queen as well for 2 - 3 smaller 140< adults or 6 children. The max adult limit is 6-8 following the guidelines mentioned for the Bunk Room. We built this place

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
