Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. Our house is located in the center of Bodrum Marina. It is 2-3 minutes walking distance to entertainment places, cafes and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the public beach. It has its own garden entrance, there is a parking area for 1 vehicle. There is a private sitting area in the garden. It is a quiet peaceful house, located among the tangerine trees and in the heart of the city. Ev Bodrum Marinanin merkezindedir. Eğlence mekanlarına, kafelere 2-3 dakika, halk plajina 20 dakkadir yuruyerek.

Daire; bir oturma odası, (2 kişilik 160x200 cm visco yatak) , banyo/wc , açık mutfak, ve balkondan oluşmaktadır.. Yaklaşık 50 metrekaredir. Sitemizin bulunduğu yer bir yokuşunda tepesinde olduğundan araçla gelinmesi önerilmektedir.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
