The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

We welcome you to our little farm! Come enjoy a peaceful getaway out in the country, yet close enough to town to enjoy the best of both worlds. Appreciate the charm of a 19th century farmhouse with large windowsills, good old stone work, and unique features. Get a taste of the farm life through meeting the sheep, goats, horses, chickens and 3 dogs who roam freely outside. Phoebe is our golden doodle, Obi, is our white Standard poodle, and Riley, is our big ole Bernise Mountain dog.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

The Photographer's Cottage (by paved rail trail)

Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away. Many nearby parks and markets attract locals and tourists alike. We had fun decorating the cottage with a bright, industrial and camera/photo theme. We look forward to hosting you.

Featuring a daylight basement apartment where you may watch sheep and cows graze from the kitchen windows as well as spectacular farmland sunsets. This apartment is in its glory in the spring and summer and fall with lots of interest - the orchard, garden and chive fields are open to explore at your leisure. Plenty to do and see nearby! Tucked into the woods of the Texter Mountain, our little home is a custom built modern getaway. Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat. We created this space as a place to be refreshed and rejuvenated and we hope it is all that, and more!
