This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

This stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has it all. Views directly over the main wharf and harbour from the living and master. Cafes, restaurants, shopping strip & beach is at your doorstep. Leave the car in provided park. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and laundry. Comfy bedding, master with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with twin singles.
