This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. À 40 minutes au sud de Lisbonne, vous serez à 5 minutes de la plage en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied. La plage de la Lagoa, côté lagune est adaptée aux familles et jeunes enfants. L’eau y est chaude et la baignade facile. Vous pourrez y pratiquer de nombreux sports d’eau : planche à voile, kyte, wing foil, voile légère, paddle, canoe kayak. Celle côté océan, le surf et kyte. Nombreuses ballades et magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The house is spread over two floors, with an entrance on the first floor, which features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies- one facing north and the other east. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is one queen bed and three single beds, which can be arranged as one queen and one single—please let us know your preference. The swimming pool and gardens are shared.
