Though it is a side by side duplex there is no connection from the inside, each has it's own entrance. Both units share large parking and yard. (Unit 1) has 2 bedrooms w/ -1 King size and 2 twin beds. & the other has a Queen size bed (Unit 2) also has 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed & 2 Full size beds both has its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living space.
