Located in a laid back hidden alley in the centre of the old town of Parikia and just a few steps away from the pedestrian market street. The built house is embracing the island’s tranquility by offering you everything you need within a few square meters and a veranda with heart opening views over a traditional Cycladic chapel and a little park full of pomegranate trees.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas.
