Climb a set of white steps at the front of an all-white exterior and enter a sparkling new architect's house. Double-height ceilings bring in volumes of light, creating an open and airy feel. Completed just a few years ago, full equipped, with brand new electronics, this lovely and modern house is the best place to spend your nights in Agios Nikolaos! Just 30m from the sea and a few minutes from the colorful port of the city, where you can enjoy the bright sun of Crete. You will fall in love with this property as soon as you see it - beautiful, modern, fresh decor and immaculate in every way. The master bedroom is up on the cozy attic and it has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed that can transformed into a double bed. The house is ideal for 3 people, but we can accommodate till 5. The location is perfect - in a few minutes you are able to visit more than 4 beaches. Enjoy! It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. The house is in the coastal town of Agios NikolaosIn, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! You can go everywhere on foot. A car is recommended if you want to explore the whole area of Merabello and Lasithi. The house is in the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include 3 tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path.

Despina's House

A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.

Yaya's cozy House with Herb Garden

Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.
