It's set on a land of 7000m2, surrounded only by fields. Yet located very central on the island. 1km to golf course & supermarket, 10min drive to beach, 15min to airport & Ponta Delgada . Big house with 1 suite, 3 bed rooms, 3 WC (one for the suite, 1 shared for the 3 bed rooms and 1 common), there is also a kitchen, living room and swimming pool outside. It's located on the center of S. Miguel Island, near "everything". Great house for familys and groups. We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.
