Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

De Moortelhoeve

Vertoef met je hele gezin in een rustige, landelijke maar toch bezienswaardige omgeving. U bevindt zich in een doodlopende straat waar wandel- en mtb routes op de eerste plaats komen. Verder kan u gezellig vertoeven in de plaatselijke restaurants en genieten van het streekbier van Affligem in de Abdijhoeve. Op 5 minuten van de autosnelweg. Op wandelafstand van bakker, dagbladhandel, restaurant, frituur en bancontact. Minder dan 5 minuten met de wagen kan u verschillende warenhuizen vinden.

Idyllisch huisje voor 2 aan de vijver. Zeer rustig gelegen in recreatiegebied. Een gezellige ruimte met comfortabel bed, eetplek en salon. Mini-badkamer met douche, lavabo en toilet. Geen keuken, wel mini-frigo en waterkoker. Ruim overdekt terras. Bed-en badlinnen aanwezig. Ontbijt op aanvraag (15€ pp). This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

In de living is televisie aanwezig en ook de mogelijkheid om cd/dvd's af te spelen. De slaapkamer heeft een boxspring van 180x200 cm. Wifi beschikbaar. Er is ook airconditioning in alle kamers. Alle kamers kunnen volledig verduisterd worden.

Onze Suite Home is landelijk gelegen en toch is de Grote Markt van Brussel maar 15 km verder weg... Ons stulpje is op wandelafstand van metro en bus richting onze hoofdstad. Revalidatiecentrum Inkendaal en ziekenhuis Erasmus Bordet zijn vlakbij. Privé parking en een beveiligde overdekte fietsenstalling. Suite Home geschikt voor zowel vakantie als zakenlui .
