Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. A boat takes you in 10 min to Moni, an inhabited island just opposite to Perdika.1 separate bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (converting into a bed), A/C, wifi. Private balcony over the sea. Free street parking.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

Kleopatra Cottage

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.
