The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece.
