La Caravella è un incantevole appartamento fronte mare di 70mq, posto al primo piano di una palazzina finemente ristrutturata nel centro storico di Ostia. E' composto da: soggiorno con divano e angolo cottura, due camere e due bagni , due balconi vista mare. L'abitazione è ben collegata all'Aeroporto di Fiumicino, ad Ostia Antica e al centro di Roma ed è fornita di tutto l'occorrente per garantire un gradevole soggiorno. Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

What makes our apartment so unique is the spectacular view of the sea and coastline from the private terrace. Being on the terrace is as if you are in the sea and could pretty much jump in.
