Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Seeblick), 1 Wohnzimmer (mit Seeblick), 1 Küche, 1 Bad, 1 WC und einer großen Terasse mit Seeblick. Im Erdgeschoß desselben Hauses befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt um Lebensmittel einzukaufen.

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab. Mit Sauna, Garten, Lounge.zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus und den Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. There is plenty of public parking about 100m from the house. The price is around 8-10€/24h
