Woodsmoke Arts Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome. Must clean up after :)

Cosy Countryside Cottage, in an AONB

Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with sweeping countryside valley views and many walks, this *premium* cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with all home comforts for two adults. Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints.

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Rabbit Hole - A beautiful countryside stay

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

This lovely stand-alone holiday cottage (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting/dining room) offers you and your family a luxurious experience in a quiet setting, close to many local attractions. Deep carpets, power shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast, all make it a special home. Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.
