Solid oak dining table to seat 6. Gas hob, 2 ovens (gas and electric), microwave, warming drawer, double ceramic sink, dish washer, fridge/freezer, pull out ironing board and steam iron. Living Area Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging. Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! Entire house and garden Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Lovely 1 Bedroom Bungalow with Sitting Room, Kitchen with dining area and Bathroom with Shower. Large patio area to the back of the house and garden. 8 minutes walking distance to Naas Town where one can avail of lovely shops, Tesco and restaurants. Punchestown Racecourse and Naas Racecourse are 5-8 minutes away. Curragh Racecourse is a short distance away. K Club is approx 10km. Cinema in Naas too. There is also a local Bus service to Dublin City from Naas. Train service from Sallins.

Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
