Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. It’s the perfect place to base yourself to explore the stunning beauty & interesting stuff the region has to offer. Situated on Dales highway / Millenium Way footpath so fantastic walks are on your doorstep 👍🏻

It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

To the north, the stunning skyline of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, historic Beamsley Beacon and the Dales Way walking route. Ilkley, Silsden & Addingham villages close by, or stroll along the river Wharfe to Bolton Abbey & Strid Woods.

Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.
