Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Cycladic House in Milos

Our Cycladic House is located in Pera Triovasalos. It is 2,5 km away from the island's port of Adamas. The picturesque capital of the island, Plaka, is only 1 km away. The famous Sarakiniko as well as the other beaches of the island are easily and quickly accessible. The House could accommodate 3 persons and is fully furnished. Has A/C , Flat TV, Fridge, Kitchenette and private parking. Also Free Wi-fi is available in the whole building. Environment tax is extra 2,00 euro per day per room.*

Traditional Waterfront House

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

The monk boathouse

The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing

APOLLON by Akroploro - a sea view studio

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μας: ο εξωτερικός χώρος, το περιβάλλον, η θέα, το φως, η καθαρή θάλασσα και άνετο κρεβάτι. Cozy Suite is located in Adamas, the port of Milos and the biggest village of the island. It is a short walk distance (less than 5 minutes) from the downtown, which provides everything the visitors need, like super markets, banks, cafes, restaurants, public transportation. It is only 4.5km from the airport and 3km from Plaka, the capital of Milos.

The apartment (55 square meters) is on the ground floor of a two- floor construction , which is consisted of 10 apartments. The apartement is fully equiped with new furniture , kitchen devices and the necessary house equipement . It is luminous . There is a balcony , looking out onto the sreet, and a small balcony outside the bedrooms .
