Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

The apartment is one of the 6 apartments of a huge house, it is located on the front-left part of the house and includes a big terrace and front yard. It includes a bottom room with a queen bed, some drawers and cupboards, a fridge/freezer and a bathroom/toilet. It also includes stairs leading to the upper, small room with a single bed. The terrace (living space)has a full roof and includes the seating arrangement, a bar with a sink and the kitchen.
