Positioned in the heart of Cannock Chase an area of outstanding natural beauty is this tiny but cosy and delightful former Smokehouse. Recently converted into a one bedroom tiny quirky cottage which is perfect for a cosy romantic break, or a breath of fresh air in the beautiful forest with all it offers. Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Beautiful historic country coach house in Staffs

Beautiful historic coach house conversion: The site was a coaching inn, where travellers changed their horses and stayed overnight. The main bedroom wing of the coach house was built in 1580 and the sitting room wing in 1740. The building was restored in 2018, and mixes rustic charm with contemporary design. We're 30 minutes from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from Shugborough, 40 minutes from Sudbury Hall, with its museum of childhood, and only 20 minutes from the museums of the Potteries.
