We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

The Salem House | First floor 2 bedroom apartment

Historic 1850 built colonial house with restored exterior and interior odes to Doric order architecture. Originally built for a leather factory owner named Thomas Looby, The Salem house is now a beautiful opportunity to visit Salem in a distinguished space. This is a private unit with no shared areas. It is the front corner of our house and is completely separate. However, you will share walls like in an apartment. Kitchen includes: sink, microwave, fridge, Keurig, and water boiler. Private gated outside lawn and patio. History, nature, dining & shopping are very close by. Open and welcoming to ALL types of people. There is TV with internet (Prime & Netflix) but NO LIVE TV OR CABLE
