The garden room self catering accommodation is in a quiet suburb and sleeps up to two adults and two children under 13 years. It is a pleasant 25mins walk in to the city, buses run every 15mins from the end of the street or via the park and ride. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking.

A bright, spacious basement flat a few minutes walk from the centre of York. The perfect base for exploring the city or wandering to and from the racecourse. A well-equipped kitchen, nice seating and a huge TV should make it a comfortable stay. A well behaved dog is welcome and we provide a cot for a baby.
