The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon, and the caravan is an extra with 2 beds. Please note we are not a party house and expect our guests to respect the house and surrounding environment.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

A lovely large terrace house, on the main roads but quiet area of Rishton, Accessible by bus and train as well as motorways links just two minutes away. Great location central for Hyndburn, Ribble valley, Blackpool, North Yorkshire & the lakes. Being a spacious and neutrally decorated home, it is ideal for business or pleasure. Lots of room and very spacious property. Going further afield you can easily walk into the countryside or find good bars in Whalley for a relaxing evening out.
