Very well equipped & an ideal base for rest & activities. Just a few mins walk to Castle Menzies, the Ailean Chraggan bar restaurant, fantastic walks, River Tay, forest tracks etc. 2 min drive/easy 20 min walk to Aberfeldy for shops, fuel, cafes, food. 5-star, helpful (but v unobtrusive) host!

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

This stunning gatehouse has been tastefully renovated and in the middle of our picturesque 4,000 acre estate. It is deceptively large sleeping four people with two bathrooms. A perfect base to explore the highlands and cities of Scotland (Edinburgh and Glasgow one hour drive, Stirling 40 minutes, St Andrew's 90 minutes, Highlands, 5 minutes). We are close to many attractions like Drummond Castle Gardens, Scone Palace and fabulous golf courses including Gleneagles hotel, Crieff and St Fillans.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Little Redgate is surrounded by nature and our garden has an abundance of it. Red Squirrels and a great variety of birds are constant visitors. We overlook the River Tay and because we have little light pollution we have great stars at night. Little Redgate is light, cosy and comfortable and you can do plenty or very little from here. We are in a great location for sporting activities or seeing the rest of Scotland - or maybe you'll choose to chill, relax and enjoy the space and scenery.

Kenmore/Loch Tay are just a 10 min. drive straight down the road from Ivy. Home-away-from home in Aberfeldy, the heart of Scotland, to enjoy and relax after a day of exploring the beautiful Highland Perthshire.

West Cottage is a typical Scottish country cottage among mountains in beautiful Glenlyon. It's semi-detached from our own house with its own entrance. Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Dundonnachie House (Licence PK11066R)

We really hope you enjoy your stay at Dundonnachie House, the house was formerly used as offices and we have lovingly restored it back to a home. The house is located right in the centre of Aberfeldy, with all amenities within walking distance. There is an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and boutique shops to be enjoyed. The first Sunday of every month(April - Oct), from 10am - 2pm there is the Aberfeldy Farmers Market selling a mix of food, art and craftsmanship.
