Tyn Y Benrhos is a stunning Welsh stone cottage situated in its own grounds, in Coed Y Brenin forest, near Dolgellau. You have access to the entire property, with enclosed garden for up to 2 dogs and 8 acres of fields, woodlands and a river to explore. Here you are perfectly located for an active holiday whether it be walking, running or cycling. If you just want to relax there is plenty of opportunity to do that too. We do not live on site but live about 20 mins away and are on hand if needed.

The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Aberdovey Pink House

Our house is located on the main road into Aberdovey, outside Penhelig station and next to the Penhelig Arms pub. The house is quirky and full of character. Dogs are welcome. Probably a house more suited to adults than a family with small children. Golfers are one train stop from Aberdovey station. We can provide recommendations for walks, activities and places to eat, in and around Aberdovey. This is our family house, which we’ve been coming to for over 20 years.
