There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A family-run, modern self-catering holiday home in rural North Wales, nestled between the Anglesey beaches and Snowdonia mountains. Hosted by Kelly and Daz, in an acre of garden and surrounded by farmland, but just five minutes from the bustling town of Bangor. Easily accessible from the A55, it's a short drive to all major attractions, from adrenaline activities (like Zip World) and the great outdoors to history or culture. We're a cosy bolthole, perfect for unwinding in this home from home.

Tyn Y Ffridd cottage is situated in the heart of Abergwyngregyn, home to the stunning Aber Falls waterfall which is in walking distance. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

It's a great base to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia and North Wales’ coast. Great for couples and well behaved dogs are very welcome
