Situated just 7 miles from Rugeley or Uttoxeter within 20 minutes easy driving distance to Alton Towers 15 minutes from Shugborough Hall, Cannock Chase & Memorial Arboretum. Blithfield reservoir also nearby.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This beautiful period cottage is sympathetically styled and sits alongside a former coach house and Georgian Manor House. It has many replica period features such as exposed wooden beams, stone flagstone flooring and quality fixtures and fittings. It is a first floor cottage with an Open Plan space for guests to enjoy. With a luxury king size French sleigh bed the cottage is perfect for 2 adults. The Chesterfield sofa in the living area also converts to an occasional bed suitable for 1 child.
