The spacious living room has high ceilings, oak flooring and opens to the breakfast nook. The windows in the living room and bedroom look out to a private and peaceful courtyard. The Mouffetard neighborhood (Latin Quarter) has a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and specialty stores (ice cream, chocolate, fish markets, meat markets, bakeries, souvenirs, ...). Within walking distance, one finds several gardens, including the famous Jardin de Luxembourg and Jardin des Plantes (with its Evolution Hall), as well as numerous monuments and museums (the Pantheon, the Arènes de Lutèce built by the Romans, the Luxembourg Palace, the museum of Luxembourg, the Cluny medieval museum). A little further, but still walking distance, one can visit Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, and the Île Saint-Louis. Nearby public transportation: métro lines 7 (direct to the Louvre) and 10, bus lines (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), and 83. RER Line B (direct to both CDG and Orly airports) is a 20 minute walk. A public, paying parking garage open 24 hours a day is 5 minutes away.

Au 8ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble des années 30 avec ascenseur jusqu'au 7ème étage petit studio de charme baigné de lumière bénéficiant d'une terrasse de 14 m2 plein soleil avec une belle vue dégagée sur Tour Eiffel et Observatoire. Idéalement situé proche des transports 4 min et toutes les commodités (Boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie à 3 min de l'appartement). Le quartier est très agréable et calme juste à coté du 5ème et la rue Mouffetard et à 10 min pied de Denfert Rochereau

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor.
