L'appartement est situé en plein cœur de Lyon, sur la Presqu’île, à proximité immédiate des grands magasins, de la place Bellecour et des principaux centres d’intérêt de la ville, comme le Vieux Lyon. Très pratique, le métro se trouve à quelques pas. Métro Cordeliers à deux minutes à pied, arret de bus à une minute.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le Cosy St Jean***

The apartment is located in old Lyon, rue St Jean, which is a pedestrian street only! It is therefore not possible to access it by car. The architecture of the building dates from the Renaissance period, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is a little rough and can be difficult to access for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties to move. The exposed stones and beams bring a lot of charm and authenticity to the apartment.
