The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Former 18th century building in Soufflot style, with a paved cavalier courtyard. You will discover a comfortable vintage living room with dining room; Two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; A fully equipped kitchen; A shower room. A toilet. Access underground A line, stop Hôtel de Ville; Close parkings Opéra and City Hall.
