My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Notre maison est confortable et située derrière un petit immeuble du début du XXe siècle très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 1 du métro qui traverse tout Paris très rapidement). Le bois de Vincennes est à 200 m et Paris au bout de la rue. Attention, il s'agit de notre résidence principale et non d'une maison de location. Elle n'est donc pas vide, mais pleine... de notre vie et nous y tenons.
