In the heart of the vibrant 11th arrondissement, close to Le Marais, Bastille and Canal Saint-Martin (walkable distance). The neighborhood is central, safe and very well served by metro (line 3 Rue Saint-Maur, line 9 Saint-Ambroise) close to some of the finest restaurants and natural wine bars in Paris: Le Servan, Septime, La Buvette, Brutos, Gramme, Double Dragon. Central et calme. Spacieux et tout équipé. Je suis architecte et j’ai dessiné cet appartement afin qu’il soit le plus fonctionnel et agréable à vivre possible. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.
