Strawberry line cafe is at the start of the old railway line and is great for walkers and cyclists and is only 15 minutes cycle.

The start (or end) point of the Strawberry line. A 9 mile former railway line which is now an off road cycle / walking trail running from Yatton to Cheddar taking you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. One of our favourite days out with the kids on the bikes. Parking at Yatton train station where it starts or take the train from Worle if you don't want to drive. Great place to stop and have lunch is the Railway Inn (Thatcher's pub) at Sandford, or plenty of places to stop for a picnic. Plenty of blackberry's to be picked on route in the summer.

Fancy a bike ride? Great cycle paths and walkways. Disused railway line from Yatton to Cheddar. Years ago the famous delicious Strawberries were transported to the London Markets via this route. You could catch a train from Weston super Mare to Yatton - just a few minutes up the line.

About 7.1 mile walk/cycle from The Cabin along the old railway, now Strawberry Line cycle track. Great destination for a cycle trip, almost flat all the way. My best time is about 21 minutes.
