Local favorite. Personal favorite, second closest coffee shop. They have a nice patio, most of the tables are in the sun though. Fretboard is connected on the inside to "the catacombs" basically a big complex basement system shared by a couple different organizations and businesses most notably: Artlandish Gallery.

a ~10 minute walk west into downtown; coffee roasted on the spot, wifi, lovely outdoor and chill indoor seating, on the lower level on Artlandish Gallery

Fretboard Coffee is tucked away behind a local art shop and a produce store that only sells from local farmers. Fretboard doesn't sell food, but you can bring in your own snacks to enjoy with your coffee. Pro tip: For an amazing Saturday brunch, get the Boss Hog from the Ozark Mountain Truck and bring it to Fretboard. Enjoy your perfect coffee with your amazing biscuits in the sun.
