Fulton's on the River recently reconcepted at River Roast, a Tony Mantuano restaurant that focuses on water views and, you guessed it, roasted meats. You can order whole fish or chicken or a slab of roast beef, along with snacks and charcuterie.

Great food with an outdoor terrace overlooking the river of interest? River Roast is great for brunch or dinner with unique concoctions, food and often a live band! Recommend putting your name in and waiting for outdoor seating (stroll down to City Winery across the street). Perfect for a date or a group of friends!

it has the best view of Chicago River. We recommend going for dinner as you will really appreciate night views of downtown....
