Ground floor apartment overlooking the sea of Balmins. It consists of three bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a bath. A fully fitted kitchen for all your holiday needs along with a washing machine room. No aircon but fans will be provided. The apartment has an outside terrace with table, chairs and sun blind where you can enjoy stunning sea views of Sitges. Just 50 m from the apartment, there is small restaurants where you can sit in the gardens and enjoy an evening meal.

The space
Privileged location with stunning views, in front of the Balmins beach of Sitges, just 40 km from the center of Barcelona by highway. The port of Aiguadolç, which has a wide and varied range of restaurants, is only 5 minutes away. The nearest beach is just in front of the apartment and there are only 8 minutes on foot to the center of Sitges and all its action.

At the back of the building the train line, therefore train noise is inevitable, but while sitting on the front terrace taking in the beautiful sea view will make you forget it’s there.

No pets allowed

Check in between 6pm and 9pm incurs a charge of 25€. Check in between 9pm and midnight incurs a charge of 40€. Check in after midnight incure a charge of 50€ Check in on Sundays incurs a charge of 25€.

Spanish tourist tax of 1Euro per person per night. This can be either in cash or by credit card on arrival to the apartment. Should you pay by credit card then a 2.5% applies.
