A one bedroom apartment with one & 1/2 baths. Located within 5-10 minutes to everything you may need. Grocery store, restaurants, Texas Tech University, banks, theater, hospitals, etc., what more could you ask for! The apartment is nicely decorated & comfortable. The building houses one other apartment, our office, & attorney's office. Easy to find, right off Marsha Sharp freeway. In booking I need to collect an additional 7% city tax that AIRBNB isn't set up to collect for me.

There is parking space in our parking lot, you are welcome to park under the covered parking on the WEST side, closest to the apartment.

There is one other family that lives in adjacent apartment, respect their privacy and keep excessive noise down. There is no smoking inside house allowed.

The apartment building is small, with one other family living adjacent to #25
plus 2 other offices work out of this building. We are close to a busy street so there may be some traffic noise.

Both my husband (Henry) and I are in our 60's, we own several businesses; spa, rental properties, insurance business. We stay busy and use my birthday to get away to New Mexico. We both are originally from the state and like to go back as often as possible. I like to travel and my husband comes along because he loves me. We have traveled to Jamaica, Belize, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and all over the states. We are looking forward to some R & R and hope you will consider us as guest in your house, we will take care of it as if it was ours.
