Damage caused to the property will be charged on actual basis after determining the quantum of of damage

We provide free house keeping on daily basis between 10am - 3pm. But if the place is messed up, a cleaning fee of Rs 200/- will be charged

Consumption of drugs on premises is a cognizable offence and is punishable under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act

Prostitution is also a severe offence. Guests caught indulging in such acts will face stringent punishments and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately

The neighborhood is tranquil yet full of life. Grocery shops...Lokesh Mini Mart and Rodrigues General Store are just at the foot of complex's main gate. Las Vegas Super Market is 500 mtrs (5mins drive) from the aptmt. You can find a no of restaurants on the Calangute-Anjuna Rd. To name a few Salt, Sai(100% veg) when you walk towards Club Cubana. Twenty-three, Fat Fish, Varsha(100% veg) are on the way to Calangute. Navtara(pure veg) in Calangute is my favourite. They provide food with authentic Indian taste. Thalasa, famous for its sea food is located in Anjuna. You need to pre-book a table if you wish to enjoy cuisine at Thalasa All the beaches and nightlife are in close vicinity. Facility of bike/car on rent is also available in the neighborhood.
