Charming boutique apartment , recently fully renovated and finely decorated, located 180 m from Ipanema beach and 400 meters from the best point of Copacabana beach.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with blackout, 2 suites, outdoor, HD TV (with international channels) in all rooms (40 ") and living room (55"), wifi, wine cellar, air conditioning (split) in every room and acoustic windows.

Sou mineira, de Ouro Preto, cidade onde vivi minha infância e parte da adolescência, depois fui estudar em Beagá (é assim que nós mineiros chamamos Belo Horizonte) onde morei por 15 anos! No Rio estou há 10 anos, adoro viver aqui! Mesmo assim sou obrigada a concordar com o ditado que diz: "Saímos de Minas, mas, Minas não saí da gente" É lá que me sinto realmente em casa, minhas montanhas são meu porto seguro. Amo casa, comida, cachorro, criança e casamento, o meu! Amo festa, família, paisagem, ficar em silêncio, ouvir piada, casos e tomar vinho! I am from Minas Gerais, Ouro Preto, a city where I lived my childhood and adolescence, then went to study in Beagá (this is how miners we call Belo Horizonte) where I lived for 15 years! In Rio I am 10 years, I love living here! Still I have to agree with the saying: "We left Minas but Minas did not leave the us," That's where I really feel at home, my mountains are my safe haven.
